Olive Breadsticks

Ingredients

  • 600g bread dough
  • 180g Olive Pride Black & Green Pitted Olives in Brine, drained
  • 50g flour
  • 50ml Olive Pride Blend of Seed Oils and Extra Virgin Olive Oil

Instructions

Preheat oven to 230 degrees Celsius

Roll the dough out into the size of an A4 page

Dredge the olives in the flour and spread onto half the dough

Fold the dough over to cover the olives and seal the edges

Pat down with a flat hand keeping the shape

Cut into 6 or 8 equal strips and dust with flour

Use both your hands to roll the strips into longer sticks to fit an oiled baking sheet

Place onto the tray and leave to prove for 20 minutes

Bake until golden, about 10 minutes, and remove to cool on a rack.
