Marinated Olives

Marinated Olives

Ingredients

  • 1 jar Olive Pride Pitted Olives in Brine (black or green)
  • 100ml Olive Pride Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • ½ lemon, thinly sliced
  • 3 cloves garlic, peeled and sliced
  • 3 sprigs rosemary, stripped
  • ½ tsp coarse black pepper
  • ¼ tsp sea salt
  • ½ chilli, seeds removed (optional)

Instructions

Drain the olives into a colander and rinse with cold water

Dry on kitchen towel and transfer to a sealable container

Add remaining ingredients and seal

Toss to amalgamate and refrigerate

Whenever you remember, give the container a good shake

The olives will be ready in a day or two
