Marinated Olives
Ingredients
- 1 jar Olive Pride Pitted Olives in Brine (black or green)
- 100ml Olive Pride Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- ½ lemon, thinly sliced
- 3 cloves garlic, peeled and sliced
- 3 sprigs rosemary, stripped
- ½ tsp coarse black pepper
- ¼ tsp sea salt
- ½ chilli, seeds removed (optional)
Instructions

Drain the olives into a colander and rinse with cold water

Dry on kitchen towel and transfer to a sealable container

Add remaining ingredients and seal
4
Toss to amalgamate and refrigerate
5
Whenever you remember, give the container a good shake

The olives will be ready in a day or two
