Focaccia with Olives, Feta and Tomato

Ingredients

  • 500g bread dough
  • 180g Olive Pride Pitted Green Olives in Brine, halved
  • 120g Clover Feta cheese, diced
  • 10 cherry tomatoes, halved
  • ½ red onion, finely sliced
  • 2 tsp chopped oregano
  • 30ml Olive Pride Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • 1tsp coarse salt ½ tsp Black pepper

Instructions

Pre-heat oven to 180 degrees Celsius.

Prepare baking dish.

Place bread dough in an ovenproof tin. Allow to rise.

Fill baking dish with dough.

Scatter ingredients on top of dough and drizzle with Olive Oil.

Season.

Bake at 180 degrees Celsius for 20 minutes or until golden, and serve.
