Crunchy Roasted Chickpeas

Title: Crunchy Roasted Chickpeas

Ingredients

  • 1 tin chickpeas, drained, rinsed & dried
  • 100ml Extra virgin olive oil
  • ½ tsp Salt
  • 1tsp garam masala (or any spice mix of your choice)

Instructions

Preheat oven to 160 degrees Celsius with the fan on

Dry chickpeas with paper towel

Pour oil onto baking tray, add chickpeas and toss to coat

Roast until golden brown & crunchy, shaking occasionally

Remove and season immediately, shaking the tray to distribute

6

Serve warm
