Ingredients
- FOR STEAK:
- ½ cup Soy Sauce
- ½ cup Olive Pride Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- ¼ cup Worcestershire Sauce
- 2 garlic cloves, crushed
- 3tsp dried oregano
- Juice of ½ lemon
- 1tsp dried chilli flakes
- Cracked black pepper, to taste your favourite steaks
- FOR CHICKEN:
- 2 garlic cloves, crushed
- 1 bunch parsley, chopped
- ½ cup Olive Pride Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- Juice and zest of 1 lemon
- 1 tsp dried chilli flakes
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- 6 chicken breasts
- FOR LAMB:
- Juice and zest of 1 lemon
- 2 garlic cloves, minced 2 tbsp.
- Dried oregano
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- 1/3 cup Olive Pride Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- 6 lamb chops

Simply put ingredients in a blender and blitz together to combine, or place ingredients in glass jars and shake until mixed thoroughly.

Allow at least two hours marinating time before the braai and keep the excess for basting while you cook the meat.
