Pecorino and Chilli Paste for Flatbreads

Ingredients

  • 125ml Olive Pride Blend of Seed Oils and Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • 375g pecorino, grated
  • 125g red peppers, diced
  • 15ml tabasco
  • 2 - 4 cloves garlic, peeled
  • 3 red chillies, chopped
  • 1tsp rock salt

Process to fine paste in a blender.
