Ingredients

  • 500ml Olive Pride Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • 6 small red chillies, rinsed and split
  • 12 cloves garlic, roasted until soft
  • 3 pieces parmesan rind
  • 3 sprigs rosemary, blanched and rinsed
  • 1 lemon peel, blanched and rinsed

Instructions

Heat a deep pot of water to accommodate the decorative bottles.

Place aromatics in sterilised decorative bottles.

Fill bottles with oil and put the cork/cap on.

Stand bottles in the hot water for 15 minutes to warm the oil and extract the flavours of the aromatics.

Remove, dry and store in a cool dark cupboard for 5 days before using.
