Basic Pesto
Ingredients
- 150ml Olive Pride Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- 100g basil, rinsed
- 1 clove garlic, peeled
- 10g pine nuts, lightly toasted
- 80g parmesan cheese, grated
- Salt & pepper
- 100ml Olive Pride Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Instructions

Using and blender, process first 5 ingredients into a coarse paste

Adjust seasoning

Stream in the remaining oil to achieve the desired consistency

Store covered in refrigerator and use within 7 days
